CHARLIE BROWN CAFÉ, STRAITS QUAY

The first and only Charlie Brown Cafe in Malaysia finally opened its doors on the 9th of April, 2011 in Straits Quay, Penang. The restaurant is indeed a HIT in Penang where everyone talking about it. During my 3 days trip to Penang, this destination is a MUST for me. This restaurant had its branches in many places round the world like in Korea, Hong Kong, China and Singapore.

The cafe is huge and divided into different sections with different layouts – sofa seats, private rooms, casual rattan chairs and what i like the most is the tables with many peanuts members faces.

You can find many seksyens and there are many snoopy all round the shop and for snoopy fans, u can buy their merchandise item from there as well. There are mugs, cups, handbags, photoframes and more for sell.

The counter was well decorated with snoopy as well as ordering need to be made at the counter. It is pretty a mess as there is limited menu to see and choose for.

It is also well designed where there is snoopy and other characters on top for us to view.

Black Forest Cake is my order for today. I love the cake so much with the crunchy chocolate flakes on top which is nicely made. The black forest in the middle is cooling and sweet which i really love.

Price: RM 6.80

Cuppochino here is not really up to my expectation. The cuppochino is pretty nice to look with the cute Charlie face. it is well made on the design and i don feel like drinking them. As for taste, it is still not really delighting compare to Starbucks or CoffeeBean
Taste: 2/5
Price: RM 9.50

Creamy Seafood Pasta is not our choice. The pasta is extremly creamy and the taste is not really delighting. A bit disappointed while ordering.
Taste: 1/5
Price: RM 15.80
