Penang Rojak is an exotic fruit salad which is a MUST to eat in Penang. The fruits are cut into small bites & tossed in sweet sauce and prawn paste. The stall is one of the famous stalls in Penang and featuring as top 10 best Rojak aside from Majestic Rojak.
The Rojak here comes with the ingridients of Raw mangoes, jambu air, guava, squid fritters and green apples are less commonly used. The dressing is made up of water, belacan (shrimp paste), sugar and chili.
