A Taiwanese Lunch @ Xian Ding Wei, 1 Utama

February 20, 2010 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 1 Comment

Xian Ding Wei, a Taiwanese tea house which had just open a few months back in 1Utama had brought me to take my beloved sister for a try. The restaurant it self is located at the new wing of 1 Utama. It is located just next to the HSBC Bank. The place it self can be said a small place. It is not really big and sitting place are kinda cramp

This time, we went with my sis and his boy friend. So, is ordering time now. Cally who is a pork lover ordered the cheesy pork set. All the set is coming together with is delighting tibits , a rice of your choice and a soup. The cheesy pork is a dish where a layer of cheese are being added to the pork and after adding the seasoning, the pork is being deep fried till golden brown. The taste is a bit cheesy and simply nice

As for Ethan, he orderer a special Pan Fried Fish Set. The fried fish is fried with low fire and the taste is fantastic. Not too overcooked or raw. The taste of the pan fried fish is unexpectedly delicious as to look onto it, the way of cooking them is simply easy but the taste is simply delicious and authentic.

Next comes dear order. Me and dear sharing a set where we ordered the Chicken 3 Variety Set, The chicken was being added with 3 different sauces and the taste is simply delighting. I can say the food taste for this is very very nice and is a thumb up for this. This is the dish recommended by the chef as well.

Last but not least. we ordered a deep Fried Shrimp Rolls. Em, i still prefer the pork shrimp roll rather than this. The taste is nice as well but to compare i more indulge to the pork rolls

As for drinks, nothing much special since there is no ice blended to be choose. Ethan had choose the simple ice lemon tea while dear choose the sourplum jasmine. The taste of the both is nice and yet temptating

As for me, i choose the Honey Dew Pearl Tea. The Pearl Tea is quite nice and the overall taste is above par.

Cally ordered something special which is the Soursop with Blueberry Puree. According to Cally, the taste is nice and delighting

    Hi all,
Please don’t go to Xian Ding Wei Autocity, Just now i went there & i order set dinner, the soup should be hot is cold & the aircond should be cold become hot. I am sweating all the ways i am there, after that i ask waiter to adjust down the aircond temperature, it seems no difference.
