Ying Ker Lou @ Atria Shopping Gallery : CNY in Hakka Style

January 27, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Ying Ker Lou strikes a balance between taste and healthy eating, paying attention to the fresh ingredients and seasoning used while retaining the richness in taste that Hakka Cuisine is world renowned for. That’s what the restaurant famed for.  Having one of their branch in Atria, the restaurant brings you with the cosy ambience.
Prosperity Yee Sang (Hakka Leicha Salmon and Jelly Fish)
Small –RM 78  |  Large – RM 98
Have some unique prosperity yee sang here. Have them with the choice of salmon and jelly fish or with abalone and jelly fish. The Hakka Lei Cha Yee Sang comes simply unique where they are using the ingredients form the lei cha. Being not a fans of lei cha, I find the taste not too green and yet addictively good.
Abundance of joy here where we had their Penchai. Grab this delicious Penchai where each of it is layered with varieties of delicious delights where you can have chicken meat, prawns, duck meat, broccoli, siew yok, sea cucumber, scallops and many more. The Penchai brings you with the flavourful blend where the ingredients is well soaked with the sweetness of the broth. Perfectly delicious and good for sharing.
Their penchai is available in 3 different size where small (2-3 person) @ RM 288 ; Medium (4-5 Person) : RM 528; Large (8-10 person) : RM 968
Hakka Yam Abacus (RM 28)
Hakka Yam Abacus is one of the famous dish in Hakka.   They are being stired fried with minced meat, wood ear fungus (木耳), mushrooms, coriander & dried shrimps.  The taste comes simply flavorful with the chewy texture.
Checkout Ying Ker Lou for more of their promotions and also their food from Atria website.
