May 31, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Thailand’s First St. Regis Hotel Offers Sunday Brunch Set Against the Backdrop of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club

VIU at The St. Regis Bangkok is pleased to introduce Bangkok to the legendary Sunday Brunch, a treasured New York tradition.  Each Sunday from 12.30 pm – 3.30 pm, guests can enjoy New York’s legendary brunch culture in the stylish and hip atmosphere of VIU on level 12 at the St. Regis Bangkok, the city’s newest destination restaurant boasting captivating views of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and the city beyond.

“Come enjoy Sunday Brunch at VIU with us, and delight in one of New York’s favorite customs,” said Director of Food and Beverage of The St. Regis Bangkok.  “VIU offers a classic Sunday Brunch menu with a distinct Thai twist – starting with our signature Siam Mary cocktail, an original Thai version of the St. Regis New York’s classic Bloody Mary.”

Starting at BHT 2,950++ per person, Sunday Brunch at VIU features a sumptuous buffet spread with a wide selection of the finest fare including foie gras, shellfish on ice, slow-roasted prime rib and an unmatched selection of PDO cheeses.  Each week, the chef team at VIU offers the freshest selection of local meats and seafood.

By day, VIU offers select menus for breakfast and lunch in an environment that recalls the grace and character of a stately home; by night, it transforms into an inviting restaurant with a seductive ambience for elegant dining.  Panoramic city views, distinctive interiors, exceptional cuisine, and attentive service combine to create an extraordinary restaurant.

Located on the 12th floor next to the Sky Lounge, VIU boasts captivating views of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and beyond. VIU’s gourmet cuisine can be enjoyed in three refined dining rooms, each with different settings and character to reflect the time of day.  There are also two private rooms ideal for family dining or exclusive gatherings. In the evenings, the Chef’s Table invites connoisseurs to embark on an intimate and uncompromising culinary journey.

To make Sunday Brunch reservations at VIU, please call The St. Regis Bangkok at +66 2207 7777, e-mail [email protected] or visit www.stregisbangkok.com.
