The Lounge & Bar Turns into a Place to Meet for a Beef Summer 牛扒熱浪席捲The Lounge & Ba

July 15, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

This summer, The Lounge & Bar will satisfy every craving of meat lovers with selected cuts of beef from around the world. An array of specially handpicked meats from five of the best beef-producing countries will be served every evening from Monday to Friday with unlimited side dishes.

From July 1, 2016 onwards, guests may indulge in an overflow of meaty pleasures at HK$480 for their choice of beef from a selection of five premium cuts: US Black Angus “Reserve” T-Bone Steak, Argentinian Beef Tenderloin, Scottish Aberdeenshire Striploin, Australian Tasmania Natural Rib Eye and Bone-in French Charolais Rib Eye.

US Black Angus “Reserve” T-Bone Steak – Top-quality USDA hand-selected beef cuts. The beef is produced from young, well-fed cattle raised in the heart of the Midwest corn belt. Farmers feed only a 100% vegetarian diet, making marbling rich and abundant throughout the cut.
Argentinian Beef Tenderloin – From cattle raised in the grasslands of the Pampas, a perfect territory with 17 types of grass and rivers flowing from the Andes. Farmers are influenced by 150 years of farming history, ensuring a free-range lifestyle for cattle.

Scottish Aberdeenshire Striploin – Specially selected beef from Aberdeenshire in Scotland, the home of Aberdeen Angus. The beef is sourced from selected Scottish farms following best practices regarding animal welfare and natural production methods.
Australian Tasmania Natural Rib Eye – From cattle raised in rich Tasmanian pastures. The cattle are blessed with Tasmania’s rugged wilderness, wild Antarctic Ocean swells, abundant rainfall and the cleanest air in the world.
Bone-in French Charolais Rib Eye – Domestic Charolais breed from the Charolles area in Burgundy, eastern France. The cattle are fed in lush pastures, producing very high-quality meat which is tender, succulent and full of flavor.

To complement the rich and savory taste of grilled beef, a delicious range of side dishes including Caesar salad, creamy spinach, rosemary garlic fries, roasted Portobello mushrooms, grilled vegetables, macaroni and cheese, and tomatoes will be served on an unlimited basis.

Bookings for four persons or above will be guaranteed a window table with the most spectacular views of Victoria Harbour.

Date: Every Monday to Friday from July 1, 2016 onwards
Time: 6 pm – 11 pm
Price: HK$480 per set
Venue: The Lounge & Bar, Level 102, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong
