The Chinese Restaurant @ Berjaya Waterfront Johor Bahru

October 26, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Step into their Chinese Restaurant in Johor Bahru and discover a warm and welcoming oriental hideaway where traditional furnishings and ornaments beautifully set the mood for a wonderful dining experience. Taste authentic Chinese cuisine from different provinces all over China executed to perfection as well as unique and innovative new creations skilfully crafted by the restaurant’s speciality chef.
4 Seasons Combinations
Presented beautifully with the crafted churping birds by the sides made from carrots, the 4 season’s combination comes impressively unique. It comes with the dumplings, and aslo the unique plate of the delicious goodies in one. I am impressed on the presentation which is wonderfully beautiful.

Crab Meat with Dry Scallops Fish Maw Soup
Enjoy the bowl of hearty soup where it is packed with the crab meats and loads of dry scallops in it. The soup comes deliciously good and flavourful.

2 Varieties Chicken
The two varieties chicken comes awesomely good where one is being cooked and served on the bed of fruit salad. And another is the chicken meat is grilled and served inside the “tau kan”

Steamed Tiger Garupa Hong Kong Style
Enjoy the Steamed Garupa Fish here too. For those who are fans of fish you will definitely be impressed. The fish is well steamed till perfection and the fish texture comes simply velvety good.
Baked Prawn Macau Style
Enjoy the delicious prawn where it is baked till perfection, with the fragrant cheese texure. The cheese comes awesomely good and every mouthful is just so good and creamy. Love how it is done.
Braised Broccoli & Cauliflower with Bai Ling Mushroom
For those who are looking for some vegetables, their lovely plate of the braised broccoli and mushroom fares a good point. The vege comes simply fresh and good too.

Sambal Fried Rice
Ends your meals with the delicious light spicy sambal fried rice here  and topped with the crispy enoki mushroom on top.
Homemade Jackfruit Ice Cream
Deep-fried Salted Egg Sesame Balls
Enjoy the lovely jackfruit desserts, ad you will be definitely impressed with it. The jackfruit comes awesomely good especial the fragrant  taste of it. The ice cream comes simply smooth and tasty as it should be. I am impressed.
For those who love to grab a taste of Chinese Delights at affordable price, hop to The Chinese Restaurant for a more delighting Chinese delights. And we had ours at RM 1000 with this 9 course awesome dinner.
