Senja @ Saujana Hotel & Resort: Authentic Italian Delights that capture our Hearts

November 3, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

During our stay at Saujana Resort, we are glad to get invited for a delicious Italian delights here. With an open kitchen concept, Senja presents an intimate setting for dining at anytime of the day. Savour enticing Italian dishes from warm and cold starters, hearty pastas, delicate seafood, succulent meats, and of course mouth watering pizzas and freshly baked breads done right in a wood-fired oven. A chic restaurant with a beautiful alfresco terrace in Shah Alam, just outside Kuala Lumpur, Senja is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy great company.
Zuppa di Cavolfiore Con Cappesanta Arrostita e Olio al Peperoncino (RM 44)
The bowl of hearty soup comes awesomely delicious where the cauliflower soup is completed with the Hokkaido Scallops and Scented Chilly Oil. The soup is simply flavourful and brings you with the juicy scallops which definitely a mouthwatering one.

Branzino Arrosito con Panuria alle Erbe e Vongole in Guazzetto (RM 63)
For fish lover like me, I am impressed how it is done. Enjoy the seared sea bass which is well pan fried leaving you with the flaky meat of the fish and also with the light herbal taste in it. It is sides with the Clams in their signature Guazzetto Style sauce.

Filleto di Manzo Alla Piastra con Tortino di Patate al Forno (RM 127-)
For those who are a big fans of beef, enjoy the juicy seared grass fed beef tenderloin with the oven baked potato cakes. The texture comes amazingly juicy and moist and it had made a good pair with the foie gras on top. Perfect match!

Tiramisu’ alla Nostra Maniera (RM 35-)
Being a Tiramisu lover, I am indeed falling in love with this desserts. The tiramisu is indeed well done and perfectly infused with kahlua in it. Scope them out and put in your mouth and you will be definite to fall in love with it.
Panini Farciti Al Gelato (RM 18-)
This is one of my daughter favourites. With 3 choices of ice cream selection and served together with the soft milk bread roll. The little girl is definite to in love with it and every mouthful comes awesome-licious. I am just loving it too.
If you are looking for a great Italian cuisine, why not visit Senja and get your table booked.
