RESTAURANT LITORAL @ MACAU

September 28, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Restaurant Litoral is one of the famous restaurant in Macau which brings you the Macanese food. Litoral is highly successful and has expanded from an original 60 seats to over 300 and a new branch recently opened in Taipa.
Restaurant Litoral
The exterior has a quint white façade and black iron balustrades with the blue Portuguese tiles and paintings of old Macau and the adorning beautiful walls. The restaurant burst with the beautifully decorated atmosphere and you can enjoy the tastes that are part of the cultural heritage of Macao.
Restaurant Litoral
Ameijoas A Casa ($140.00)
The plate of clams comes awesomely good where it is served with the Spanish onions, and olive oil. The clams comes simply fresh and appetizing where every mouthful of the delights is divinely good.
Restaurant Litoral
Crème De Lugumes ( $45.00)
The signature Portugese Vegetable Cream Soup which is well cooked not too thick but yet flavourful with the minced vegetables in it.
Restaurant Litoral
Caril De Caranguejo ($350) per head.
The lovely crab freshly cooked till perfectionist in the light creaminess curry paste. The taste is simply awesome especially the fragrance of the curry itself. Just a little too oily and not spicy to me.
Restaurant Litoral
Camaroes C/Alho ($88.00)
The absolutely delicious shrimps which made my day. The shrimps is being tossed with garlic and oliveoil brings out the overall taste. The delicious shrimps with the bouncy texture is what it has to be and every mouthful comes absolutely good.
Restaurant Litoral
Entrecosto De Vaca Grelhado($180).
The simple way of making it where the Australian short ribs is well seasoned with their secret recipe and grilled till perfection. Leaving us with the moist and juicy texture of meat.It is just so delicious and mouthwatering as if that it melts in the mouth.
Restaurant Litoral
Baked Fish with Portugese Style ($800)
We ended our mains with the Baked Fish with Portugese Style. With 2 days advanced order, the perch fish is carefully selected and baked together with the signature Portugese Sauce and served with the generous amount of cutted potato, carrots, onions and olive. The fish meat remains flaky and juicy while it is made the overall dish awesomely delicious.
Restaurant Litoral
Serradura
You would never leave a Macanese Food without trying Serradura which is a Portuguese word for “sawdust” and it doesn’t need a stretch of imagination to see that it refers to the way the biscuit crumbs in this pudding look. The taste is awesome with the creamy taste and the crunchy crushed biscuits with it. Just like it should be.
