Meat The Porkers @ Solaris Dutamas: First Indian Porky Restaurant

October 31, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

I had heard so much about Meat The Porkers and I am finally here. For those who are not aware, Meat The Porkers is actually serving you the Indian Pork Delights.
Sure Boh? Yes I am. I am indeed surprise when I head about it where Herukh who is the owner of the restaurant blends Indian flavors with pork and he does so in ways that most foodies wouldn’t have dreamed of.
We indeed impressed by the Siew Yok Briyani where the Hyderabadi Dum Briyani served with the addictive crispy siew yok on top. Every mouthful were perfect sinfully addictive with the crackling sound. Sides with the raita and gravies.
Bacon Cheese Naan was another top orders. Comes with the creamy blend of the bacon and cheese blanketed with the soft texture of the naan. Once a bite, we truly in love with this.
The tandoori pork ribs was perfectly done. Addictive ribs where they were well marinated with the spices and yogurt. They are then being grilled till tender perfection. The pork was perfect, soft and tender and infused with all the flavours in it.
Pork Pakora was another dish not to be miss here. The Pork Pakora was being served with the mint chutney. This crispy nuggets of porky bites were addictive and well infused with the spices. That was addictively good.
We never say NO when we were served with more porklicious delights. The Pork 65 Masala came with the bold spice favours and the tender pieces of pork. Perfectly goes well with bread or even rice. Delicious!
We ended with the Egg Plant Masala where they were cooked till soft and infused with the spices in it.
Meat the Porkers is indeed one of the great restaurant to visit if you are a big fans of pork and Indian food. It is such a gamble but this is definitely apaid of now. Asides, Herukh plans to introduce more new Indian Porklicious and do visit them!
