ICHIBAN BOSHI @ PUBLIKA

Located in Publika, Ichiban Boshi is indeed a great place to go for those who are looking at affordable restaurant to go. The place comes simply nice with the
beautiful interior.

 
Yaki Ika (Rm 15.90)
The squid is well grilled till perfection leaving you with the moist texture of the squid and light spiciness from the chilly powder.
 
Salmon Belly Shioyaki (RM 21.90)
The salmon is well grilled with the salt. Portion comes pretty generous and every mouthful comes awesomely good. I love it!
 
 
 
Tori Curry Cheese Gozen (RM 29.90)
One of the signature here in Ichiban Boshi where the plate of pipping hot delights make me the day. The breaded fried chicken which is served with the Japanese Curry and topped with a slice of cheese on top. Served together with the Miso Soup, Appetizer and Fruit. The taste comes awesomely good and the curry comes simply fragrant and good.
 
Asari Garlic Batayaki (RM 16.90)
Served in hot plate, the clams is being sautéed garlic butter. The clams is simply fresh and it is well cooked till perfection leaving you with the appetizing
bites of it.
 
Garlic Fried Rice (RM9.90)
Cooked ala Japanese Style, the fried rice is perfectly stir fried with an aroma garlic-ly taste.
 
Beary Inari (RM 14.90) 
For those who have kids, they can enjoy their kiddy set where they have 3 choices – Rainbow Maki, Happy Gyoza, and Beary Inari. We had the Beary Inari (RM 14.90)  where it comes with the Green Carol Lettuce, Tamago Block, Cherry Tomatoes, French Fries, Ebi Tempura, Deep Fried Tori Karaage, Inari Sushi Served together with the Orange Juice 
 
Aside from all of their signature served, Kushiyaki is indeed one of the highlight in Ichiban Boshi. The Kushiyaki which is famed in Ichiban Boshi comes to be a great highlight of the day. With over 10 varieties, one must try them here.

The Ichiban Boshi moriawase (RM 29.90) comes with 6 skewers which includes Shisshamo, Bintoro Tare, Yakitori Tare, Tebasaki Shio, Shitake, and Tori Vege shio.  Aside from set, one can also order the ala-carte version
 
Green Tea Water Cake Ice Cream (RM 9.90)
The green tea collagen water cake with the homemade rice ball, ice cream and crushed peanut. The taste comes awesomely good where I love the smooth texture of the green tea water cake.
