CHICAGO RIB HOUSE, 1 UTAMA

A new place for pork ribs is never too late. I am loving porky meals and we had our dinner there for a pork rib meal in 1 Utama. The restaurant which is simply cosy and beautifully designed for a relaxing meal after a hard work on the day. Chicago’s Pork Ribs are slow-roasted in hickory wood to give it that tender and unique flavor that has made them world-famous.

I had their famous pork ribs which is being slow roasted in a hickory woods which had give the tender and unique flavor of the succulent and meaty pork ribs. I had the honey garlic flavored pork ribs which is a very good combination wih the two sides which is being served. The pork ribs texture are tender and it is well smoked with the tasty honey garlic taste with it. It is being served with 2 sidelines with it.

We also ordered another one which is the Original Flavors of the Pork Ribs. The Original Pork Ribs appear to me of having a heavy porky taste and I still love the garlic taste instead of the originals.

Not least, we had the 8 oz pork tenderloin where the two grilled pork tenderloin is being grilled till pork-fection and it is served with their home made Apple Cinnamon sauce. The pork texture is tender but overall is a bit dry as the sauce is not enough.
