Hotel Maya Brings You with Western Dishes with A Twist

July 30, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

If you are looking for a specialty hotel in Kuala Lumpur, look no further. Hotel Maya prides itself to be a 5-star ‘boutique urban resort’ in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Located in the centre of the city, the hotel not just bringing you with great stay-cation but they offer you with the variety choices of dishes to pamper your tastebuds.\

Kim Cheese Chicken Sandwich (RM 25)
We started with their Kim Cheese Chicken Sandwich which is such an indulgence. Enjoy the Kim Chi marinated style chicken thigh with the cheddar cheese, kim chi vegetables, fried egg served wih fries and mashed potato. Each mouthful is deliciously done and I love the taste itself. The meat was juicy and moist. Complete with the light spiciness in it.

Beef Ribs Miso Hot Pot (RM35)
For those who are a big fans of beef ribs, assured yourself to order this. The beef ribs are perfectly braised for hours in the Miso Broth and Vegetable. The flavors are just so goo with the light flavoured soup, but the juiciness a of the ribs remains. The Japanese Western Style of dish comes impressively unique too.

Braised Lamb Shank (RM 65)
And of course, if you are a lamb lover, never miss out their lamb delights which is the Braised Lamb Shank. The braised lamb shank comes perfectly good with no gammy taste on it. The meat remains its juiciness!  And the lamb is served with the asparagus risotto at the side makes a whole meal completes.

For those who are looking to enjoy a great meal in a hotel with great ambience, Hotel Maya offers more than this. It is time to book your table with Hotel Maya where they offers you not just good food but great ambiance as well.
