TACOS DAY AT FRONTERA THE SOL OF MEXICO, JAYA ONE

April 15, 2012 by StrawberrY Gal

Is Tacos Day! Frontera the SOL of Mexico is a place not be missed in Jaya One. The restaurant serves the authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant is located just opposite Brussels and it is painted in orange. We are having the Tacos meal today and let’s go for Mexican time.

Today we are having a variety of tacos which includes the Diablo Prawn, Frontera Chicken, Frontera Beef, Tofu Guacamole and so many more. The tacos are being served in 2 styles of wrapping, it’s either you choose the tortilla chips crispy wrapping or the more conventional softer flour type.

We had a variety tacos that day which is really nice and delighting. Here comes our first round where we ad the tortilla chips crispy wrapping. We ordered 3 types of it

– The Frontera Chicken where it is prepared who the Shredded Chicken, Red & Green Capsicum, Onion, Jack Cheese, and Ranchero Sauce.

– Ranchero Chicken which is served with the shredded chicken, red and green capsicum, onion, jack cheese, and Ranchero Sauce

– Grilled Vegetables where the ingridients include mushroom, red and green capsicum, onion, cheddar and jack cheese, and

Our next round here where we had more on

Baja – Styled Fish is where the tacos is filled with the dory fish, marinated cabbage, Cilantro, Tomatoes, Jack Cheese, Chipotle Ranch Dressing, Lime and Onions.

Another is Diablo Prawn is where it is comes with prawn, lettuce, jicama, cilantro and tomatoes.

We also tried the specialities which is the tofu guacamole which is includes tofu, beans, guacamole, jalapeno jack cheese, sour cream and lettuce.

Aside, we had the opportunity to tried some of the sides which are the Mexican Rice which smells and taste good too.

We also had tried their salad to accompany together with the meals.

We are also been served with the authentic Mexican soup which is slightly sweet and sour which accompanied with the chicken meat.

But not forget will be my favorite Mexican fries which is really good and I called for the second one.
