Ten lucky winners from the contest held on Pizza Hut’s Facebook page along with their guest were privileged with the company of our very own Queen of R&B, Ning Baizura, for a lunch date at Pizza Hut, Quill City Mall yesterday.
Being given a once in a lifetime opportunity of having an intimate lunch with the songstress, her fans were treated to an array of delights from Pizza Hut with the star of the show being the Pastry Crown Pizza. A pizza that was launched early this year that has received rave reviews from Pizza Hut customers so much so that the promotion has been extended.
The pizza has a unique quality due to its crazy mash-up of a crunchy golden buttery pastry layered on top of a cheese stuffed crust and has been very well received. Combined with a generous topping of chunky chicken meatloaf, onions, pineapples, red capsicum, mozzarella cheese, and drizzled with Pizza Hut’s signature Tennessee BBQ sauce, the pizza results in an unexpected fusion of flavours that is surprisingly delicious!
Eager as ever, the R&B Diva’s fans were captivated by her presence and modesty whilst immersed in fascinating conversations and chowing down on good food. Games were also held that livened things further where fans were asked to sing their favorite songs by the artist.
“I had such a good time playing games and getting to know my fans at Pizza Hut. It was wonderful, especially when they were singing my songs. It brings such satisfaction to the heart of an artist to hear that people enjoy their work,”Ning Baizura.
The day ended on a high note with the fans taking pictures with the mesmerizing Ning Baizura as well as a group shot that is sure to never be forgotten by these lucky winners.
