Authentic Taiwanese Meal @ Xian Ding Wei(鲜定味) – Taiwanese Tea Room, 1 Utama

January 21, 2010 by StrawberrY Gal

Xian Ding Wei (鲜定味), a new Taiwanese cuisine restaurant opened at 1 Utama. The restaurant new branch aside from the one in Sunway Pyramid. The restaurant features a delighting Taiwanese dishes where I had make my first move towards this restaurant. This restaurant is a non- halal restaurant. The service here was great and they have many choices of delights foe me to choose to have.

Me and dear was looking down towards the menu and we ordered a set only since looking at the portion is a big one as well. As so, we decided to ordered a set of the delighting dishes with the additional of rice and a plate of snacks to taste.

I had ordered the special chicken roll which was simply delicious. The chicken was wrapped with the minced pork as well as vege and so called taufu skin and being deep fried. It is so mouth burning as it is served hot. Yummy

We also ordered the sweet and sour pork set which it comes with a soup, braised pork rice as well as vegetables. The soup that are served that day is so called the soup of the day which is the herbal soup.

As for the sweet and sour pork, the meat is so tender and delighting as well as it taste incredibly nice and delighting. Overall i can say the meal is simply irresistible and much recommended.

We also ordered the recommended drink which is the Mixed Fruit Tea where it combines with fruits and some flowers. There I see – the fruits included are sliced apple, lemon, as well as oranges as well. The portion is quite a big one and can be shared.

Special Chicken Roll: 5/5
