Celebrate 130th Anniversary with Ayam Brand

November 2, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a Malaysian, I would be proud to say Ayam Brand had been grown up with me since I am a little girl. Ayam Brand products had been a staple food in our family where they are famed for their sardine fish, to baked beans as well as their tuna.

And this year, Ayam Brand is celebrating their 130th Anniversary of quality food innovation for a limited time this November! To commemorate more than a century of providing homely deliciousness, Malaysians can enjoy an exciting lineup of activities paying tribute to the flavours of home created from Ayam Brand’s wide variety of products.

From learning new recipes and getting to know the brand’s 130-year history, to shopping trendy curated merchandise, join in the celebration when you head over to the “Taste of Home” Roadshow at Sunway Pyramid, LG2 Orange Concourse this 2 to 6 November 2022.

And during this 4 days event, one can expect 5 awesome activities to greet you in Sunway Pyramid

1) Journey through Ayam Brand’s 130-year history

Reminisce your childhood and get a sneak peek of Ayam Brand’s bestsellers at ‘Wall of Fame’ to check out their classic Baked Beans, Mackerel and Sardines that has 7x more Omega-3 than home cooked fish, Tuna, Coconut Milk and its recently launched plant-based luncheon meat and minced meat, yumeat.

You can also explore how Ayam Brand keeps its quality products natural with no preservatives and all products which  are Halal Certified at the ‘Milestone Wall’.

2) Browse 130 recipes for your next home cooked meal

For those who love experimenting new recipes or just need fresh ideas in the kitchen, browse through Ayam Brand’s limited-edition recipe e-book titled ‘130-Years of Homely Goodness’, an extensive compilation of recipes by local celebrity chefs and fellow Malaysians. Whether you’re an experienced chef or a culinary novice who just wants to whip up a quick meal in between your

busy week, there will definitely be something that will pique your interest!

3) Check out Ayam Brand’s latest UNIQLO collaboration!

This is a MUST to checkout. If you love food and fashion, you will fall in love with the new Ayam

Brand X UNIQLO collection called “Taste of Home” UTme! collection which comprises quality tees and tote bags with modern-retro Ayam Brand designs. Come check out the unique designs that will be on display, then purchase your own customized tee and tote bag to remind you of the taste of home at Fahrenheit 88 and DA Square starting from 2 November!

4) Munch on Ayam Brand delicacies for a good cause+

Come and taste three new hot foods sold exclusively for a limited period, which are Spiral Sardines Puff, Omega-3 Tuna Roll and Plant-based Luncheon Croissants, where all profits will be donated to charity. Meanwhile, if you want to bring home your own Ayam Brand food products, you can stop by the Mini Mart, where you can also get one of the exclusive Ayam Brand tote bags and stand a chance to win Ayam Brand limited-edition plush toys at the claw machine, all with a minimum spend of RM30 only!

5) Recycle and get rewarded

In celebration of Ayam Brand’s 130th anniversary, let’s also do our part for the environment by bringing used cans to the roadshow to give your recyclables a second life. All you need to do is wash and clean Ayam BrandTM empty can, and place them into the recycling station at the roadshow. For every 5 recycled cans, receive one Ayam Brand tote bag. At the same time, come check out the brand’s sustainability efforts and how they have helped reduce waste and carbon footprint.
