Starting off with the Steam Dim Sum, Wan Chun Ting comes up with the selection of Steamed Chicken Siew Mai with Mushrooms, Steamed Prawn Dumpling “Har Kao”, Steamed BBQ Chicken Bun, Steamed Beancurd Rolls with Superior Oyster Sauce, and many more. We love how the dim sum is served and the chicken siew mai, the steamed bean curd is awesomely delicious. They are perfectly steamy and each mouthful of dim sum is marvelous.
Asides from the steam dim sum, one also can enjoy their selection of fried dim sum too. Don’t miss out on their pan-fried radish cake and the wok-fried radish cake with bean sprouts and belachan sauce. They are awesomely done and each of them is perfectly fried with wok hei. Deliciously good.
They do have congee as well as rice roll selection too in their buffet spread.
Other signature includes their Deep Fried Taro Dumpling, Deep Fried Vegetarian rolls, and many more.
Some of their main dishes which is in the buffet spread include Chicken Wings Coated with Salted Egg Yolk, Stir-fried Chicken Diced in Kam Heong Sauce, Stewed Beancurd with Vegetables, Stir Fried Bean Curd in Kong Po Sauce, and Seasonal Vegetables. And this time, we tried the Chicken Wings Coated With Salted Egg Yolk where each bite is marvelous- juicy!

Don’t miss out on the Yong Zhou Fried Rice, Wok Fried Egg Noodles with Shredded Chicken Meat and the Wok Fried Flat Noodles in Penang Style. We love how it is done where it is simply full of wok hei and every mouthful is deliciously good.
