Wawasan Sajian Desa 2021 @ Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

Since Ramadan is here, we make our way to Pullman Bangsar for some delicious bites which is definitely makes your way going there for more.

And this time , we are back to Pullman Bangsar to enjoy the splendid Ramadan buffet with the theme “Wawasan Sajian Desa 2021”. 

Start off your buffet with the wide variety of appetizers where they offer a wide variety of the local Malaysian Appetizers  ( Ulam – Ulaman Melayu) where you will be tempted with the variety from the Ulam Pegaga Ulam Pucuk Betik, Ulam Raja, Jering, Petai, Kacang Botol and many more. Dip your ulam-ulaman with the chef’s specially curated sambal which is so appetizing and delicious. This includes the Sambal Belachan, Sambal Tempoyak, Cincaluk, and many more. 
The delights continue with the Malaysian Style of Local kerabu where one can have the wide variety acar Nyonya, Acar Buah, Acar Rampai, Kerabu Perut, Kerabu Hati AYam, Tauhu Sumbat, Kerabu Jantung Pisang and many more. They do have an assorted variety of the local mixed Pickles and Dry Fruits. This is where you can have a wide variety of the some manga, asam betik, rojak buah and many more.
For the mains, don’t miss out the Mongolain Grilled Counter which they offer you with the grilled meat from beef, lamb, chicken to shrimps too. 
They do have Roti Canai Stall where you can enjoy the Malaysian delights from the Roti Canai, Roti Bom, Murtabak Ayam, Chicken Curry, Dhal, Sambal Udang and many more. Tempt your self with the wide range of Indian Cuisine too which they have the Butter Chicken, Aloo Gobi, Dhall Tadka, Paneer Tikka, Nasi Briyani, Lamb Kebab to name a few.
The must HIGHLIGHT is of course their Signature Gulai Kawah where one can enjoy the delicious ayam gulai kawah kampung, kambing masak kurma kampung style, tumis darat ikan gulai kawah, gulai kawah special gulai ekor asam pedas, ayam gulai kapitan, sambal sotong cili hidup siput sedut tumis darat, gulai kawah ikan patin and many more. 
They do served with variety of Chinese and western delights too. Asides from that, they have stalls serving you wide choices of delights from dim sum, jagung rebus, goreng gorengan and many more. They have the BBQ stall which is serving roasted whole lamb with Arabian Spice from ikan pari, lamb kofta, beef kebab, arabian grilled wings and many more. 
Fill up your tummy with the lemang, fried mee mamak , fried char koay teow, carrot cake and many more. Don’t  miss out their Soup Gear Box Perut, Lodah , Limpa, Daging, Urat, as well as their assorted crackers counter too. 
After the wide heavy meals, go for the fruits and desserts where you can enjoy the wide variety of papaya, pineapple. Rambutan,manggis, dodol pandan, dodol durian , butter cake Pelangi, kuih muih, black forest cake, banana walnut cake and many more. 
And of course my favourite corner the ice kachang and cendol bawah pokok corner as well as the kelapa muda and coconut shake.
