Brasserie Leon @ TTDI : Affordable French Delights !

October 24, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

It has been a while since we are dining in TTDI. The restaurant Brasserie Leon had captured my attention recently where they are offering delicious French Cuisine with affordable price. And with this, you can enjoy the authentic French Cuisine without burning your pockets for sure!

Located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail’s Green Terrance, you can come over to visit this restaurant where they are serving you with the awesome delighting French cuisine where you can paired them with their house wine too. One can come over here to sample and have some gathering with your family and friends too where the ambiance is just perfect!

The Baked  Shell-Less Escargot (RM 18.90)

The Baked  Shell-Less Escargot is one of my favourites here. The escargots are just as nice as it is and they are baked till perfection with the garlic butter sauce. They are beautifully done which makes it to be one  of our favourite place for some escargot.

Flamed Cured Mackerel (RM 14.90)

The Flamed Cured Mackerel comes simply appetizing. I am enjoying this so much where they are served with the cucumber and shallots vinaigrette. I love the light sourish blend in it which makes the dish so good.

Roasted Bone Marrow (RM 39.90)

One of the signatures here! The Bone Marrow are cut into halves and then it is baked with the garlic and herbs flavored. They are served together with their toast bread. You can enjoy them by scoping into the bone narrow and then put in on their toasted bread. Something unique to go for !

Melted Raclette Cheese (RM 41.90)

If you are big fans of cheese, this is heavenly! One can enjoy the cheese together with their turkey ham,  and beef bacon and sides with the baked potato, onion pickles, and gherkins. It is so creamy and cheesy and I am so in love with the fragrant hint of cheese which is being served.

Australian Beef Striploin (180g) (RM 89.90)

In here you can have a deliciously done striploin which is cooked with the herbs and bytter “secret” signature sauce. Enjoy the juicy Australian striploin where one can have them with different types of beef from Angus (RM 59.90), Meltique (RM89.90), Black Angus (RM 99.90) or Wagyu (RM 129.90). And for us, we have the Meltique and they are served medium. Nicely done!

Fillet Of Lemon Sole Meuniere Style (RM 35.90)

Not a beef lover, don’t worry! Asides from beef, they do serve fish, chicken and duck too! You can now enjoy the Fillet of Lemon Sole Meuniere Style where they are beautifully cook with the brown butter, parsley and lemon juice with it. The fish are so fresh and the meat is so flaky. Served together with the homemade French fries and the green salad.

Duck Leg Confit (RM 41.90)

The duck leg confit fare a good marks too! The duck leg is cook with the balsamic vinegar and the reduction sauce. The duck confit comes is really good where they have no gammy taste and all. They are served with the homemade French fries and the green salad.

After the nice mains, it is a must to try their desserts. The SummerVacherin Glace (RM 22.90) is one of my favourites. The French meringue together with the vanilla ice cream, Chantilly and the raspberry caulis. The Meringue is not oversweet but they are just perfect to paired with the ice cream, and the raspberry caulis.

Tarte Tatin (RM 21.90)

The Tarte Tatin is the traditional caramelized apple tart which is served with the vanilla ice cream. They are just perfect and every mouthful brings you with the complete sweetness with the fragrant hint of apple in it.

If you are looking for some delicious French delights, it is time to visit Brasserie Leon!
