For those who are a big fan of  Ma Lat or China style Hotpot,  you must visit Chuanxi Bazi Hotpot. Originated from China, one can enjoy the homegrown brand’s in Malaysia as they finally had spread their wings outside China.

We are great to have the opportunity to taste the great Ma Lat delights from Chuanxi Bazi where the Masterchef himself – Mr. Hu Jianqing had comes up with the awesomely addictive Sichuan Hotpot Cuisine!  The new store located in Sunway Visio Tower stands at an impressive 3600 sq ft with three private rooms and the capacity to accommodate up to a hundred and fifty hungry guests.

This time, one can enjoy the most authentic SiChuan Hotpot Cuisine where you can choose to go for the restaurant’s signature Sichuan Spicy “Ma La” Broth and savoury Mushroom Broth, complete with an extensive variety of premium meats, seafood and also the selection of vegetables as well.

And some of the selections of the broth to go for includes the Spicy Soup with Butter, Spicy Soup with Vegetable Oil, Tomato Soup and the Mushroom Soup. You can also go for the combi two flavour hotpot which is priced at RM 38.

And now, you can have the variety of ingredients to go for such as the Signature Crunchy Beef Tripe (RM 32) , Two Flavour Shrimp Paste (RM 32) , pork slices, spicy beef and many more.

They do serve the Pork Ball with Quill Egg (RM 22) where they comes with the bouncy texture and addictive bites.  The dish comes addictively good and every mouthful comes really good!
