Fill in your plates with the colourful, mouth watering dishes at Paya Serai Restaurant, Hilton Petaling Jaya. And this time, the chef showcase an array of diverse Malaysian Cusine. Paya Serai Restaurant has been serving up international fairs and local delicacies from chefs who whip up signature dishes in six different sections from the buffet line. The famous Salmon Head Fish Curry with youghurt, which is prepared the traditional way is the brainchild of Chef Abd Razak Omar, who has been attached to Paya Serai Kitchen for over 33 years.
And this time around, they are lining in a variety of dishes where they have the seasoned talents in their rich and vibrant them “Everything Malaysian” Buffet. Enjoy the authentic Malay spread such as variety of Kerabu, Whole Leg of Lamb Gulai Kawah, Ayam Bakar Palembang, Tapai Pulut, Roti Jala with Chicken Curry.
While Chinese and Indian dishes includes Kong Po Chicken, Roasted Duck, Sweet & Sour Flower Crab, Chicken Tandoori, Otak-otak, Chutney and Pickles, the signature Chicken Tikka Masala on Briyani Rice and any more.
From 6 November till 14 December 2017, they will be having plenty of roburstly flavoured delicacies prepared by Guest Chef from Hilton Kuching, Chef Jamilah Radua, Sarawakian native who is passionate about authentic Sarawak cuisine.
Chef Jamilaah will be whipping up delightful Sarawakian dishes which includes Rojak Sarawak, Fish Umai, baked Terubok fish with special sambal, Laksa Sarawak, bamboo chicken rice and more!
Do not miss the infamous assorted Sarawak layer cake, Sarawakian Tapioca cakes and more. Available for buffet lunch at RM 199 nett, Weekend Hi-tea at Rm 129 nett and Weekdays Dinner at RM 139 nett.
The bountiful buffet spread is available for dinner from Sunday-Thursday 7pm – 10:30pm at RM 125 nett (adult) and RM 75 nett (child) and for Weekend Hi-tea buffet from 12:30pm – 4:30pm is priced at RM 135 nett (adult) and RM 80 nett (child).
