Specially curated by Zuan Yuan’s Executive Chinese Chef Ben Kong, there are four premium varieties with a choice of assorted fruits, salmon, soft shell crab or whitebait.

The soft shell crab and white bait is fried to crisp and golden brown paired with layers of shredded vegetables, sauces and condiments; offering a refreshing and crunchy taste after the toss.
