Carefully handcrafted by master dim sum chef Lo Tian Sion, the season’s ten exquisite mooncake selections are priced at RM 26 nett per piece onwards for classic baked skin, and RM 28 nett per piece onwards for snowskin mooncakes. Early bird privilege of 15% off applies for every mooncake box purchases before 15 August 2016.

And featuring their mooncakes, you can find all the lovely moon cakes either their old time favourite or new flavours where are being priced from RM 26 nett per piece onwards incorporates six eclectic picks starting from the timeless selections of pure white lotus paste with nuts (榄仁白莲蓉月饼), white lotus paste with
single egg yolk (单黃白莲蓉月饼), and red bean paste with black sesame (豆沙黑芝麻瓜子月饼). ).

And this year,Chef Lo also brings to returning flavours which is the scarlet baked snow skin with pandan, salted bean paste and beetroot (雪桃红翡翠咸豆蓉月饼) where it is not only beautiful in sight but they brings you with a more refinery sweet snow skin which is infused with pandan and blend of salted bean paste and beetroots.

Alongside with it, comes the bamboo charcoal with assorted nuts (竹炭五仁月饼), where the taste comes more to a delectable encompassing the fragrance of assorted nut in a distinctive charcoal crust. The fragrance of the nuts is just so good and it just a perfect match with a cup of tea.
And this year, they also comes up their new item which is the Shanghai mooncake with single egg yolk (上海单黃月饼); a sumptuous bite of buttery fragrance, luscious and unlike any other. For this, I love the crunchy crust.

With the infusion of strong flavours, the snow skin delights is something must try here. I am truly indulge with their red prawn durian (冰皮红虾榴莲月饼), is a rich blend of “red prawn” durian with egg cream, encased within a sweet, soft enfold and it is one of my favorite there.

This year, you will be also trying their unique mooncake such as the coconut milk snowskin with “teow chew” yam shrimp and single egg yolk (椰奶冰皮潮式芋蓉虾米单黄月饼), an appealing balance between savoury “teow chew” yam shrimp with sweet, fragrant coconut milk skin – an enchanting creation inspired by true Malaysian flavours alike to the renowned local dessert of ‘bubur cha cha’.

The roselle snowskin with tangerine lotus cheese paste (洛神花冰皮桔饼起司月饼), a unique savour unifying the relish of cheese paste and oriental hints of tangerine skin; all wrapped within a fine roselle skin. The enthrallment lingers with the pandan paste with single egg yolk mooncake (冰皮翡翠单黃月饼), infusing the fragrance of pandan intermingled into the bite of single egg yolk.
