SAUJANA HOTELS & RESORTS’ REVOLUTIONARY APPROACH WITH THE MOVE OF TWO RESTAURANTS – SENJA & TI CHEN

July 26, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Saujana Hotels & Resorts announced today its vision and plans for the relocation of two iconic restaurants – Senja and Ti Chen – set to re-open in August and September 2016 respectively. The relocation will continue to position Saujana as a vibrant dining destination in Kuala Lumpur with a wealth of culinary talent and innovative new eats.

The much anticipated project will see Senja relocating to and taking over the space at The Restaurant at The Club Saujana Resort to form a revamped version of the well-loved Italian restaurant. With this move for Senja, diners can look forward to continued excellence in food and service. Its Italian chef, Marco Violano, continuously brings to the table inventive new takes on classic dishes with great flair. Senja’s spot by the lake will be taken over by Ti Chen which is currently housed in the adjoining Saujana Golf & Country Club (SGCC).The all-new Ti Chen will feature an outdoor terrace in addition to a lounge area and dining room which can seat up to 100 persons. Opening its doors on 1 September, exciting new offerings include wood-fired dim sum which will give wood-fired pizzas a run for their money.

Commenting on the movement, General Manager Peter Hourigan said, “The relocation will enable
greater accessibility for all our guests, and Chef Sam Lu and his team at Ti Chen can continue bringing their specialised and award-winning dishes and provide an elevated dining experience in the hotel itself.

This is consistent with our aim to present a myriad of dining options for our guests where the food, coupled with amazing design and innovative service, will offer something intriguing for our guests in
inviting environments.”

As a result, Senja will be located in The Club Saujana Resort Kuala Lumpur as of 1 August 2016, whereas Ti Chen will be based in The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur starting 1 September 2016. Guests are able to make reservations for Senja and Ti Chen at their present locations until 29 July 2016 and 31 August 2016 respectively. Reservations and enquiries can be made by contacting (603) 7843 1234 ext 6122 or [email protected].
