DIM SUM (NON HALAL) @ XIN CUISINE, CONCORDE KL

Xin Cuisine, Concorde Hotel KL is famed for its Chinese Cuisine and in here, you can find non-halal delicacies of dim sums. Not failing you, they serves consistent and good quality Chinese cuisine with justified prices.

Xin Cuisine offers a very comfortable traditional Chinese ambience such as pillars curled with golden dragons. Not just that, they still use the traditional way of serving dim sum like what I usually had back in Penang where the aunties will walk around with their cart and loads of dim sum to choose for.
CONCORDE KL_DIM SUM
We started with their steam dim sum from their choices of prawn dumpling (RM 12.00) siew mai (RM 12.00),Chinese pastry dumpling ( RM 9.30) and more. Each of the items is well done especially the siew mai and prawn dumpling comes with a generous piece of prawns in it.

Besides the steam items, not to be missed is also their BBQ Bun (RM 10.00) is fluffy soft and airy light. And the fillings are as nice as it should be. Not too sweet and fill with the lean meat with it.

The quintessential flaky crust and wobbly rich custard made for the egg tart (RM 9.00) is awesomely good. Other items which is worth to try includes the Fried Yam Puff (RM 9.00) and the Sesame Seed Ball (RM 9.00).

I am also falling in love with the Belachan Carrot Cake (RM 13.00) which is well done. I love the aroma of the belacan carrot cake that came bursting with flavors with the soft texture carrot cakes.

End your meals with the some sweet desserts. They have a variety to choose for which includes their signature Ice Cream Mango Sago (RM 13.00) that comes with a lovely puree and cubes ripe mangoes in it. Blended with the coconut milk and topped with the creamy mango ice cream and sago pearls.

For those who prefer a more traditional desserts, you can opt for their Longan Sea Coconut (RM 10.00) or the Chilled Aloe Vera (RM 9.00)

Enjoy your meals with the soothing sounds played by resident artiste using traditional Chinese musical instruments.
