THE RITZ-CARLTON, HONG KONG GARNERS FOUR PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS IN TWO DAYS

February 13, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has been honored with four awards in two days, a remarkable start to 2015. In the Forbes Travel Guide Star Rating list just released today, the hotel has been named “Five-Star Hotel” and its spa, The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA, has been named “Five-Star Spa”, their third time to be among the highest-rated. The good news does not stop here. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has also been recently recognized by Aon Hewitt as the “Best of the Best Employer”, the highest recognition, and “Best Employer for Generation Y” for the second time in a row. These significant awards reflect the service commitment and long-term success of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong through its most important resource, the Ladies and Gentlemen.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is one of the 115 hotels worldwide to achieve the Forbes Five-Star rating, and The Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA is one of the 48 spas worldwide to achieve the Forbes Five-Star rating.

“We are honored to have been recognized with Forbes Five Stars for the third consecutive year, which signifies that our hotel and spa are among the finest establishments in the world that deliver excellent guest service and experiences beyond expectations. The achievement truly echoes the service philosophy of our company—to provide the finest personal service and facilities for our guests”, said Mr. Pierre Perusset, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

“Accolades continue to accumulate this year with the incredible support from our Ladies and Gentlemen, who helped us achieve the Best of the Best Employer award”, Mr. Perusset continued. “It makes the most sense to celebrate with them who are the heart and soul in the creation of unique and memorable experiences in our ‘Five-Star’ establishments through the genuine care they demonstrate and the passion they bring to work every day.”

Aon Hewitt, a global talent solutions firm, conducted the most comprehensive study in Asia Pacific over a nine-month period to build a credible list of Best Employers. Only four organizations were named to the 2015 List of Best Employers, in which The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was crowned the “Best of the Best Employer”.
