Toss your prosperity this year with their unique Yee Sang combinations where it highlights the South African Lobster Tempura Yee Sang, Australian Abalone and Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang, Hokkaido Scalllops and baby octopus with Wasabi Yee Sang, Atlantic Salmon Yee sang and also a vegetable Option of tempura mushrooms with snow pear yee sang price from RM 68++ for half set and RM 128++ for full set. This round we had the South African Lobster Yee Sang (南非龍蝦天妇罗撈生) where chef had deep fried the Lobster meat and served together with the crispy salmon skin, peanuts, sesame, crackers and more. Chef had also used olive oil for the oil of the yee sang which is more to the healthier version as well as their own made honey plum sauce with it. I love the way how it is served and every mouthful is deliciously down with the bites of crispiness from the salmon skin and the juicy and pulpy tempura meat.

The sweet and flavourful soup from the superior stock is served with the colourful dumpling which is decorated with the caviar. Inside, you can find the baby abalone hiding inside the dumpling.
