CELEBRATE THE YEAR OF THE GOAT WITH TI CHEN’S IMPERIAL FEAST, THE SAUJANA HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR

It’s time for resplendent feasting! Usher in the prosperous Lunar Year of the Goat at Ti Chen or better known as the “Emperor’s Palace” as it offers Imperial gourmet indulgence with three decadent set menus with new menu creations signifiying everything auspicious from prosperity, good luck, good fortune, good health and longevity!

Available from 6 January to 5 March, experience a truly prosperous Lunar Year of the Goat with a sumptuously elegant feast fit for an Emperor at Ti Chen, The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Rich in tradition and symbolism, Chinese New Year is a time for families to come together and honour ancestors. Large feasts comprising of traditional dishes such as chicken served whole representing completeness (that is, having a beginning and an end), fish representing something still coming or excess, and oysters signifying wealth and plenty. With each dish representing good fortune in the coming year, Ti Chen’s Chinese New Year Set Menu features 3-savourly unique menus for a table of ten persons:

9 Course Auspicious Good Luck Set at RM1,168++ (free flow soft drinks) and RM1,368++ (with alcoholic package)
Salmon Yee Sang, Braised Crab Meat Seafood Treasure Soup, Steamed River Patin with Hot and Sour Sauce, Braised Seasonal Vegetables with Dried Oyster and Duo Mushrooms

9 Course Auspicious Good Fortune Set at RM1,468++ (free flow soft drinks) and RM1,688++ (with alcoholic package) and
Double Boiled Cordyceps, Flower with Spring Chicken Soup, Homemade Roasted Sesame Pei Pa Duck, Steamed Sabah Sea Garoupa with Tong Kwai Soya Sauce, Braised Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Dried Oysters with Broccoli Flower

9 Course Auspicious Good Health Set at RM1,968++ (free flow soft drinks) and RM2,168++ per table of 10 persons (with alcoholic package)
Double Boiled Free Range Chicken with Ginseng Soup, Stewed Chicken with Chestnut, Shiitake Mushrooms and Young Bamboo Shoot, Steamed White Pomfret with Superior Soya Sauce, Wok Fried Prawns with Butter Sauce

For many, the Lunar New Year represents a time to remember our past, come together as a family, and look forward to what the next year will bring.  Gather around the table with family and friends and experience Ti Chen’s Chinese New Year Set Menus which include appetizers such as ‘Salmon Yee Sang’ and ‘Abalone Yee Sang’, mains like ‘Stewed Duck with Chestnut, Shiitake Mushroom and Young Bamboo’, ‘Steamed White Pomfret with Superior Soya Sauce’, ‘Braised Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Dried Oyster with Broccoli Floret’, as well as deserts like ‘Chilled Mochi with Shanghai Lotus Pancake’ and ‘Lotus Paste Mini Bu with Salted Egg’.

In celebration of the Chinese lunar calendar’s most important festival, numerous dishes from different origins are savoured. Symbolic of good luck, prosperity, health and all things auspicious, toss or “Loh Hei” with Creative Chef Lai Chong Seng’s various selections of Yee Sang creations such as Seasonal Fruits Yee Sang Vegetarian, Seaweed and Jelly Fish Yee Sang, Sea Bird’s Nest Yee Sang, Salmon Yee Sang, and Abalone Yee Sang drizzled with Ti Chen’s new signature Cherry Sauce.

The Yee Sang available in small, medium, or large portions are priced from RM38.00++ to RM238.00++ available for dine in or takeaway with discounts of 20% for SGCC members and Lifestyle By Saujana (LBS).
