Celebrity Fitness Malaysia will be organizing the first-ever “Indoor Fitathlon”, which will see Malaysians working out with their favourite celebrities, to compete for amazing prizes worth more than RM 30, 000.
A total of eleven celebrities have accepted the challenge to participate in the Celebrity Fitness Indoor Fitathlon, which will be held on 31st May 2014 at the Concourse in Cheras Sentral Shopping Mall, including Sazzy Falak, Nazril Idrus, Yasmin Hani, Azura Zainal, John Oh, Jason Phang, Aenie Wong, Jojo Goh, Thanuja Ananthan, Iz, and Tony Eusoff.
“In conjunction with our 11th Anniversary, and with the overwhelming response for our Celebrity Indoor Triathlon in 2012, we want to take the idea of working out to the next level. This time, we have come up with an interesting twist on staying fit through Celebrity Fitness Indoor Fitathlon, a change from marathons and triathlons that are held quite often in Malaysia,” said Kris Malhotra, Country Group Fitness Manager of Celebrity Fitness Malaysia.
The idea for the Indoor Fitathlon originated from one of Celebrity Fitness signature class, Fast Fit, where members go through a series of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) regimes that will promote fat loss, give you lean muscle tone and definition.
The 11 lucky participants selected with the most creative slogan submitted upon applying for the challenge, will be paired up with their favorite celebrity and compete in three stages of activities which include HIIT, Cardiovascular Conditioning and Core Conditioning. In each stage, participants together with their celebrity partner will be required to execute a series of workouts.
“A total of 11 buddy teams will be judged based on the number of repetitions that each team can do for each activity,” explained Kris.
The grand prize winner of this competition will walk away with Celebrity Fitness 5 Star Makeover Personal Training Package, Star Cruise 4 Days 3 Nights Penang-Langkawi-Phuket-Penang Cruise, GINTELL i-So 3D EZY Fitness Machine (GT888), Horley’s cash voucher, Silka Cheras KL 2 days 1 night stay in a superior room for 2 person and Strip treatment voucher.
The first runner up will take home Celebrity Fitness 3 Months Gym Membership, Silka Cheras KL Buffet dinner for 2 pax at Curvz Café, GINTELL G-Guasa Foot Massager (GT280), and Strip treatment sessions.
Celebrity Fitness is also giving away goodies bag from adidas as consolation prizes to all participants who do not make it to the top three spots.
