HARBOUR RESTAURANT PRESENTS“BIRD’S NEST TEMPTATIONS” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET

April 29, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

A new afternoon tea buffet with the theme of “Bird’s Nest” awaits you at Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview in this summer. The buffet highlights a selection of refreshing and glamorous Bird’s Nest desserts to cool you down and satisfy your palate!

A brand-new “Bird’s Nest Temptations” Afternoon Tea Buffet incorporates bird’s nest from Indonesia, one of the well-known bird’s nest exporting countries to craft this sweet feast. 2 highly recommended desserts are Hokkaido 3.6 Milk Pudding with Bird’s Nest and Blueberry Panna Cotta with Bird’s Nest, both of them will delight your taste buds with their milk aroma and smoothness.

Another highlight is the luxurious Japanese Red Bean Coconut Pudding with Bird’s Nest and Gold Foil. The 2-layer pudding is served with bird’s nest, gold foil and boiled red bean on top, these combinations provide a diversified texture to the pudding, while the charm of the sweetness is irresistible. What’s more, Mango and Black Sticky Rice Pudding with Bird’s Nest and Bird’s Nest Egg Tart are the best selections for summer for sure. The former is an enhanced version of a traditional Thai dessert, while the latter possesses crispy crust and strong fragrance of egg. All of these desserts would ensure you a delightful afternoon time.

To match with the buffet theme, the cooked-to-order Bird’s Nest, Chicken and Bamboo Pith Congee is specially introduced, this exquisite dish is sure to satisfy your appetite. Apart from the Bird’ Nest delicacies, we have delicately prepared a range of tempting dishes too. Under the spotlight is the Cart Noodles at live cooking counter, a vast array of noodles and ingredients are available for diners’ selection. Other recommendations are Assorted Sushi and Sushi Rolls, various Salads and a series of sweet offerings at the Dessert Counter. MOVENPICK Ice cream, White Peach Chocolate Mousse Cake, Waffle, Classical Cotton Candy, Chocolate Fountain and assorted mini cakes are available for you to mark a sweet end to the buffet.

Treat yourselves to “Bird’s Nest Temptations” Afternoon Tea Buffet to enjoy a fantastic moistening and cooling experience! Available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from May to July 2014, the buffet costs HK$150 per person only (same price for adult, senior and child)!
