(i) Mezzo – “American-Italian Love Affair” 6-course Valentine’s Day Set Dinner Executive Chef Ray Lam has incorporated the finest ingredients with American Italian gastronomy to introduce an “American-Italian Love Affair” 6-course Valentine’s Day Set Dinner at Mezzo. You will surely be impressed by the exquisite presentation and the taste of every speciality in the set dinner.Moreover, a saxophonist will have a live performance in the restaurant. You can pick your love song to be preformed during your romantic dinner time.

(ii)  Café Allegro – “Wagyu Beef & Seafood Fiesta” Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet

Our talented chefs handpick the freshest and most succulent Australian Wagyu beef to prepare a variety of beef dishes with different cooking methods for your enjoyment in this Valentine’s Day. Besides, seafood and sumptuous selections like Chilled Boston Lobster, King Crab Legs, Bread Crabs, Jade Sea Whelk, Fresh Sea Urchin, Whole Fresh Hamachi as well as Pan-fried “Rougie” Duck Liver are also served at the buffet table to whet your appetite. The Chinese restaurant has arranged a lantern riddle game for couples’ participation.  Lanterns will be hung at the foyer and the lovers are welcome to solve the riddles and win special prizes.
