DYNASTY

Spring Festival “Canton Poon Choi”



To celebrate the arrival of the Year of Horse, indulge your loved ones with the traditional “Poon Choi” at Dynasty. The “Poon Choi” features premium ingredients include abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw and more. Offer starts from 7 January to 6 February 2014, priced at HK$4,380* for standard size (6 to 8 persons) and HK$6,280* for deluxe size (10 to 12 persons).

Chinese New Year Puddings

Dynasty is proud to present two elegant puddings, the delicious glutinous Chinese New Year Pudding and the savory Turnip Cake for your enjoyment. Using only the best ingredients, these delectable puddings are an absolute delight of traditional taste. Offer is available from 16 to 30 January 2014 and priced at HK$168 nett each.

THE LOUNGE Sparkling Valentine’s Champagne Dinner

Hong Kong Afternoon Tea Set



If you are craving for local treats, an intrigue Local Hong Kong Tea Set is available at the Lounge from 1 January to 28 February 2014. Tea set features an array of delicate savories and sweets that showcase Hong Kong traditional street snacks, served with fine teas and jams. Tea Set serves daily from 3 to 6 p.m. priced at HK$148* per person and HK$278* for two.

CAFE RENISSANCE

Lunar New Year “Fat Choy” Buffet

Café Renaissance is another fantastic option for celebrating Lunar New Year with families and friends. Sumptuous buffets are on offer featuring the mini “Poon Choi” with luxury ingredients such as King crab legs and abalone. Dinner buffet is available from 13 January to 13 February 2014, priced at HK$468* per adult and HK$238* per child (age 3-11) on Monday to Thursday; HK$488* per adult and HK$258* per child (age 3-11) on Friday to Sunday, inclusive of unlimited orange juice and soft drinks.
