Savor the Ultimate Feast with Galah Gala’s Sajian Warisan Set 2: A Culinary Celebration of Tradition

March 12, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

As the festive season approaches, there is no better way to embrace the spirit of togetherness than with an unforgettable dining experience. This year, Galah Gala invites you on a journey of flavors with the Sajian Warisan Set 2, a luxurious feast meticulously crafted to celebrate the richness of Malaysian culinary heritage. Designed to serve six people and priced at RM687.93, this indulgent spread promises to elevate your gatherings—be it a family iftar, a corporate event, or an intimate celebration of good food with great company.

The Sajian Warisan Set 2 is more than just a meal—it is a culinary journey through Malaysia’s vibrant heritage, where every dish is thoughtfully prepared to evoke nostalgia while offering an exceptional gastronomic experience. This thoughtfully curated spread features an array of authentic, mouthwatering delicacies, each carrying a unique blend of traditional flavors and modern indulgence.

At the heart of the feast is the Ikan Goreng Siakap with Sambal Bunga Kantan, a showstopping dish where crispy fried siakap meets the bold fragrance of torch ginger sambal, creating a medley of flavors that excite the senses.

Complementing this are the Ayam Goreng Berempah, offering a perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness, and the Royal Udang Galah (U5)—succulent, premium freshwater prawns that are revered for their sweet, delicate meat.

For those who appreciate a balance of textures, the Stir-Fried Kai Lan with Beef provides a delightful contrast, pairing fresh, crisp vegetables with tender slices of beef.

Meanwhile, the Salted Egg Squid brings an indulgent richness, with every crispy bite coated in a creamy, salted egg sauce. Adding to the spread, the Golden Shrimp Balls deliver an irresistible crunch, revealing juicy, flavorful shrimp within.

No Malaysian feast is complete without a hearty, aromatic curry, and the Curry Claypot in this set is a perfect centerpiece—rich, comforting, and bursting with depth, making it the ultimate pairing for warm, fluffy rice.

To conclude the meal on a sweet, refreshing note, indulge in Red Ruby, a cooling dessert featuring crunchy water chestnuts in coconut milk, offering the perfect contrast to the bold spices of the meal. To enhance the experience, enjoy free-flow kurma (dates), a traditional and wholesome touch ideal for breaking fast. Accompanying sides such as acar, fresh fruits, and fragrant rice complete the feast, ensuring a well-rounded dining experience for all.

To quench your thirst, Ribena Lychee Soda and Lemon Longan Soda are available at RM32.80 per jug, adding a refreshing, fruity touch to your meal.

Looking for Something Lighter? Try Set 1!

For those seeking a slightly lighter option without compromising on flavor, the Sajian Warisan Set 1, priced at RM506.90, offers a similarly delightful spread. Featuring highlights such as Ikan Goreng Siakap, Ayam Goreng Berempah, and Royal Udang Galah (U5 & U15), this set ensures a satisfying yet balanced meal for six.

Beyond its exquisite menu, dining at Galah Gala promises an experience infused with warmth, elegance, and a deep appreciation for Malaysian culinary heritage. Whether you are gathering with family, colleagues, or friends, the restaurant’s inviting ambiance elevates every moment, making it the perfect venue for your festive celebrations.
