Chef Lam combines artistry, creativity, and his commitment to excellence is reflected in each signature creation, designed to elevate your dining experience this Lunar New Year.

Savor Chef Lam’s signature Yee Sang, an exquisite creation inspired by the Year of the Snake. Featuring luxurious ingredients such as Sea Green Caviar, Buah Salak, Red Chili Oil, and Black Vinegar, this dish is a stunning masterpiece that harmonizes vibrant flavors and textures. Crafted with intricate artistry and the finest ingredients, it elevates the traditional Yee Sang experience to new heights. Priced at RM 308 nett per whole portion, this exceptional dish is a must-have for an unforgettable festive celebration.

For more variety, enjoy other distinctive Yee Sang creations that can be purchased ala-carte such as:

• Tasmanian Ocean Trout with Korean Pear or the Japanese Eel with Crispy Rice and Assam Chilli (RM168 nett for a half portion, RM318 nett for a whole portion)

• Prosperity Set at RM 1,588 Nett per table for five persons features Double-Boiled Herbal Soup with Abalone, Fish Maw, Free-Range Chicken and Vegetarian Fins, Braised Sea Cucumbers, Monkey Head Mushrooms, Prawns, Garden Greens, Yam Rice with Salted Duck Meat and Dried Shrimp and more.

• Fortune Set at RM 1,888 Nett per table for five persons features Steamed Tiger Grouper with Black Bean Sauce and Green Beans, Shrimp Toast with Foie Gras Paste and Crispy Chicken, Braised Wild Abalone Cubes, Monkey Head Mushrooms, Scallop Sauce and more
