A Michelin-Star Feast at Yun House

This year, the Michelin-starred Yun House takes center stage, presenting an opulent Chinese New Year feast designed by Hong Kong culinary maestro Chef Jimmy Wong. Known for his masterful ability to balance tradition with innovation, Chef Wong has crafted a menu that showcases premium ingredients and meticulous preparation, promising an unforgettable dining experience.

Locally Sourced Mantis Prawns with Lily Bulb Yee Sang

Begin your celebration with a vibrant and elegant twist on the traditional Yee Sang. Featuring sweet and succulent mantis prawns paired with fresh lily bulbs, this dish symbolizes renewal, unity, and prosperity. We love how the chef make  this so much and they are simply refreshing and yet addictive

Imperial Fish Maw Broth with Royal Orchid and Sun-Dried Scallop

The soup comes amazingly good and it is a luxurious soup that offers a rich and velvety experience. Blending the nourishing essence of fish maw with the delicate sweetness of sun-dried scallops and the subtle floral notes of royal orchid. The comforting warm soup is indeed an indulgence.

Steamed Giant Soon Hock with Chopped Chilies and Garlic

Sustainably sourced, the giant Soon Hock is steamed to perfection, preserving its delicate flavor and flaky texture. We love the aromatic garlic and a touch of chili add layers of depth and warmth to this dish. The fish comes simply flaky and every mouthful is indeed a perfect indulgence.

Wok-Fried Glutinous Rice with Pan-Seared Scallop in Lotus Basket

Encased in the fragrant embrace of lotus leaves, the glutinous rice is wok-fried to perfection, offering a nutty aroma and a satisfying texture.  What’s make it perfect is they are topped with the pan-seared scallops add a luxurious touch to this already exquisite dish.

Bird’s Nest with Carol Seaweed Jelly, Pear, and Ginseng

Conclude your meal with this luxury touch. The bird’s nest, known for its health benefits, is paired with refreshing pear and ginseng to create a harmonious balance of flavors and textures, complemented by the subtle sweetness of seaweed jelly.

Yun House Deep-Fried Rice Cake with Yam and Sweet Potato

This delightful treat is a must-have for the Lunar New Year, symbolizing closeness and togetherness. The crispy texture and the natural sweetness of yam and sweet potato make it a perfect ending to the festive meal.
