Unveiled. Vivatel Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s renovated meeting spaces

 Following a recent over RM10 million transformation, Vivatel Hotel Kuala Lumpur unveiled its newly renovated, state-of-the-art pillarless ballroom, designed to host spectacular events, weddings, and conferences. Offering a total of 1783 sq m meeting space, the hotel features a pillarless Grand Ballroom with a seating capacity for 1000 people in a sit-down banquet and 1200 people in theatre style set up.  The ballroom is dividable into 3 smaller multi-purpose space to offer flexibility and to cater to the diverse needs of both meeting and corporate events. 

Besides its seamless visibility and flexibility, the Grand Ballroom offers the perfect setting for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events. The newly renovated sound proof space is fitted with luxurious fittings blending elegance with contemporary sophistication and is equipped with France L-Acoustics K2 world-class advanced sound and audio systems, state-of-the-art lighting to enhance the ballroom ambience and seven large P2.5 latest model LED screens, turning complex technology into an immersive environment for an exceptional event experience.

Complementing one of the best event spaces in Kuala Lumpur is a dedicated team of experienced meeting planners and expert chefs who ensure every detail is meticulously executed. From conceptualization to execution and personalised menus that delight the palate, the hotel’s planners and culinary teams are committed to creating bespoke event experiences tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. 

Whether it’s a grand wedding celebration, a corporate gala, or a milestone celebration, Vivatel Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s newly transformed ballroom is the ultimate destination for unforgettable moments. 

For corporate meeting planners, the Hotel offers a variety of value-driven conference packages from RM110 nett per person respectively.  The meeting packages come inclusive of tea break, free flow of coffee/tea, meeting room usage, basic PA system, LCD projector and meeting amenities. Residential Meeting package is also available based on twin or single bed room. 

The Residential Meeting package is priced at RM330 nett per person and RM420 nett per person respectively inclusive of 5 meals, usage of basic PA system, LCD projector and meeting amenities.
