The package includes a four-stage meal with carefully selected dishes that reflect the warmth and spirit of the season.
● Snacks:Chilled Prawns with Aioli, Cheese Plate, Marinated Olives, Salame
● SmallPlates: Oeuf with Mayonnaise and Anchovies, Pumpkin Hummus with Tomatoes & Herbs, Salad Greens with Citrus Vinaigrette, Fried Sole Fish with Tartar Sauce
● LargePlates: Choose from Stew of the Day (Lamb), Pie of the Day (Beef), or Roast Chicken, paired with Rice Pilaf
● Dessert: ChemorChocolate Tart and Poached Pear Frangipane
