Indulging in Holiday Splendor at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

November 28, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

The holiday season is synonymous with warmth, joy, and the cherished tradition of gathering with loved ones. This year, the festive magic at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is in full swing, especially through the culinary celebrations at Makan Kitchen. Running from December 1st to 29th, the Christmas buffet at this celebrated restaurant is more than just a meal—it’s a feast that embodies the spirit of the season, combining traditional flavors and innovative dishes that cater to the most discerning of palates.

The heart of the festive offerings at Makan Kitchen lies in its impressive array of dishes that span the best of Christmas-themed cuisine. Every bite on this culinary journey tells a story of festivity and indulgence. A standout centerpiece is the Slow Roasted Wagyu Beef Leg, renowned for its melt-in-your-mouth texture and aromatic richness. Paired with a specially crafted sauce, this dish epitomizes holiday luxury and comfort.

Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the Chilled Seafood Extravaganza, where succulent shrimp and long-footed crabs evoke the freshness of the ocean. For those seeking something unique, the Charbroiled Giant Squid with Kashmiri Spices offers a burst of exotic flavors that will surprise and delight the palate.

The Cajun Spice Fisherman Seafood provides just the right kick of spice, perfect for those who crave bold, invigorating dishes.

To end on a sweet note, the array of desserts, including Christollen, Panettone, Mince Pie, and Hot Cross Bun Pudding, serves as the perfect finale, adding a traditional and heartwarming touch to the holiday dining experience.

Not just that, they do offer a wide selection of delights from Indian Cuisine to local Malaysian flavours such as satay and more.

The Slow-Baked Angus Ribs stand out as a dish steeped in flavor, tender enough to fall apart with the touch of a fork.
