Introducing Tribiotics: A Malaysian Innovation for Gut Health

October 3, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Tribiotics is a breakthrough supplement developed with a unique postbiotic strain, derived from locally fermented Malaysian foods like tapai ubi and tempeh. This locally sourced ingredient not only supports gut health but also emphasizes the importance of natural, homegrown resources in health supplements. Free from preservatives, sugar, artificial flavors, and colors, Tribiotics stands out as a clean and effective solution for gut wellness.

Fam Swee Ying, Managing Director of BoonY & Co, expressed excitement about the partnership with CARiNG Pharmacy: “We are thrilled to partner with CARiNG Pharmacy to introduce Tribiotics, a Malaysian-made supplement that combines the benefits of prebiotics, probiotics, and our proprietary Postbionix®️ postbiotic blend. Tribiotics represents BoonY & Co’s commitment to creating science-backed, plant-based solutions for gut health. Our goal is to provide consumers with effective, natural products that not only enhance well-being but also have a positive impact on our community. We believe Tribiotics will help those seeking a holistic approach to health.”

Partnership with Purpose

Loo Jooi Leng, Marketing Director of CARiNG Pharmacy, emphasized the company’s dedication to making healthy living accessible:

“At CARiNG Pharmacy, our mission is to make healthy living accessible to the communities we serve. We are pleased to partner with BoonY & Co to enhance the health of our customers with Tribiotics and also give back to the community. For every purchase of Tribiotics, we will donate to Teach For Malaysia, supporting educational equity and empowering the next generation of leaders. Together, we are working toward a future where health and opportunity are within everyone’s reach.”

Probiotics, Postbiotics, and Nutritional Excellence

Probiotics are the “good bacteria” that naturally live in the gut, helping maintain overall health, while postbiotics are the beneficial by-products of probiotics’ fermentation process. Tribiotics’ unique Postbionix®️ blend, co-developed by Malaysian companies Nutrignomix and My Myracle, has received two international patents for its nutraceutical applications and anti-tumor properties. Unlike traditional heat-killed methods, the postbiotic in Tribiotics is produced using a patented non-heat killed technique developed by researchers from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Mr. Chin Kok Tian, Managing Director of My Myracle Sdn Bhd, explained:

“Our plant-based postbiotic is produced through a technique that preserves its efficacy, unlike most postbiotics which are made via heat-killed methods. We’re proud to offer this cutting-edge supplement developed right here in Malaysia.”

Giving Back: RM2 Donation to Teach For Malaysia

BoonY & Co and CARiNG Pharmacy are committed to supporting the community through their partnership with Teach For Malaysia. For every purchase of Tribiotics, RM2 will be donated to the non-profit organization, helping to close the education gap in underserved communities. Fam Li Ying, Director of Growth for Teach For Malaysia, shared the impact of this collaboration:

“With the support of partners like BoonY & Co and CARiNG Pharmacy, we can continue closing the learning gap in our diverse communities. Every contribution helps us recruit and place promising leaders in high-need schools, empowering the next generation of Malaysia’s leaders.”

Availability

Tribiotics is now available exclusively at selected CARiNG Pharmacy outlets, priced at RM99 per box (20 sachets). Nationwide availability at all CARiNG Pharmacy outlets is expected soon.
