 As the cooler October weather sets in, Kazuma warmly invites you to embrace the cozy ambiance of Nabemono, Japan’s cherished hotpot tradition. 

This culinary experience is not just about delicious food; it is about gathering around a simmering pot of flavourful broth with loved ones, creating cherished memories in the process. Nabemono, celebrated for its communal dining style, perfectly embodies the spirit of togetherness that is so essential as the days grow shorter and the temperatures drop.

Discover Kazuma’s Hearty Nabemono And Salmon Head Delight

Kazuma presents three irresistible nabemono options, each crafted with fresh ingredients and authentic Japanese flavours.  

Ishikari Nabe – RM45 nett 

A traditional salmon hotpot, featuring tender cuts of salmon cooked to perfection, Japanese deep-fried beancurd, potatoes, enoki mushroom, and long cabbage in          miso-based broth, topped with butter for a rich and creamy finish.

Gyuniku No Oden Nabe – RM50 nett

A hearty beef and fish cake hotpot that blends robust flavours with the satisfying textures of tender beef striploin and oden-style fish cakes, complemented by radish, hard-boiled egg and konnyaku. 

Yosenabe – RM55 nett

A seafood lover’s delight that brings together a medley of fresh ingredients. This hearty hotpot features sweet shrimp, tender salmon, and succulent scallops, all beautifully paired with a vibrant selection of vegetables, simmered in a savoury, comforting broth. 

Whether you are in need of a nourishing meal after a long day or looking for a cozy dining experience to share with family and friends, Kazuma’s nabemono selection is the perfect choice for the season. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to bring warmth and comfort to every diner, ensuring a memorable meal that lingers in your heart long after the last bite.

Weekend Salmon Head Delight 

Kazuma is also excited to introduce the salmon head delight promotion, available during weekend lunch time. This special set meal allows guests to indulge in the rich, succulent flavours of salmon head, prepared in their choice of Shioyaki (salt-grilled) or Teriyaki (sweet-soy glazed) style, paired with a variety of traditional Japanese accompaniments. 

The salmon head delight set includes rice, chawanmushi, miso soup. fresh salad, Japanese-style pickles and refreshing fruits. Priced at RM45 nett per set, it offers a complete and nourishing meal, perfect for a leisurely weekend lunch.
