From October 31st to November 10th, 2024, embark on an 11-day “Taste of Mumbai” buffet dinner featuring the exquisite creations of distinguished Indian Master Chef Waris Qureshi.

Chef Waris Qureshi, Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning Jyran restaurant (Best Indian Cuisine in the Continent, World Luxury Restaurant Awards) at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, brings his culinary artistry to Kuala Lumpur.

Generations of Culinary Legacy

Chef Qureshi’s heritage, deeply rooted in Lucknow’s rich gastronomic history, shines through in his masterful dishes. Inspired by his great-grandfather, a chef to royalty, and nurtured by his family’s catering business, Chef Qureshi’s journey reflects a generational legacy of culinary passion and dedication.

A Taste of Tradition with a Modern Twist

The Taste of Mumbai menu is a tribute to Indian culinary heritage, blending cherished recipes with modern techniques. Indulge in an array of aromatic and flavorful dishes like Paneer Tikka Masala, creamy Butter Chicken, fragrant Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Shahi Gosht Ki Gilawat (royal minced lamb), Murgh Mussalam (spiced roasted whole chicken), Kerala Roast Fish (crispy exterior), and Prawns Tawa Pulao (plump prawns and fragrant rice).
