Brunch Set @ Jade Pavilion ONLY AT RM 99 nett per pax

October 18, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Jade Pavilion is a haven for dim sum lovers, and it has quickly become one of my top go-to spots for a decadent brunch. Famous for its creative dim sum offerings and impeccable delicacies, the restaurant doesn’t just serve food—it delivers an experience. The moment you step into the beautifully designed interior, you’re greeted by an elegant ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable culinary journey. From steamed to deep-fried delights, every dish here is a masterpiece.

Their dim sum brunch is a standout, offering six exquisite selections per person for RM 99 nett. We started with the Steamed Crystal Prawn Dumpling with Sun-Dried Scallop, a dish that left us in awe. The dumplings, with their delicate translucent skin, are filled with plump, juicy prawns and a hint of scallop sweetness. Each bite is a burst of flavor, hitting all the right notes—a must-try for anyone seeking something extraordinary.

But the indulgence didn’t stop there. Jade Pavilion offers an array of delicious options, including Steamed Prawn with Chicken Dumpling topped with Tobiko and the luxurious Steamed Seafood Beancurd Roll drizzled with Premium Abalone Sauce. Each dish has its own unique flair, elevating the brunch to new heights.

One of the stars of the show was the Fried Beancurd with Mango Sauce. This signature dish pairs crispy, golden beancurd with a luscious, sweet mango sauce that adds a tropical twist. The combination of textures and flavors is nothing short of sensational.

For something more substantial, we indulged in the Wok-Fried Fragrant Jasmine Rice with Chicken and Preserved Vegetables—a hearty dish perfect for sharing. The portion is generous, and the aromatic rice is packed with rich, savory flavors that linger long after the meal is over.

Another dish that shouldn’t be missed is the Congee with Cod Fish and Ginger. The congee is smooth and velvety, with the delicate cod fish melting in your mouth, and the warmth of ginger perfectly balancing the flavors.

And if you’re a fan of wok-fried dishes, you’ll love the Wok-Fried Turnip Cake with Supreme Spices Sauce. The turnip cake is infused with intense “wok hei”; making each bite wonderfully smoky and flavorful.

They also have a large variety of choices to choose from.
