 This August, immerse yourself in the authentic flavours of Chinese cuisine at Xin Cuisine with Chef Teoh Uman’s masterful creations. Chef Teoh offers a selection of dishes that reflect the true essence of Chinese cooking.

Our diverse ala carte menu caters to all palates, making it an ideal destination for both business and family gatherings. Highlights of August’s menu: 

Homemade Beancurd with Pumpkin Sauce – RM33 nett 

Delight in the delicate texture of homemade beancurd, perfectly paired with a smooth and savoury pumpkin sauce. This dish is a harmonious blend of soft, silky tofu and the subtle sweetness of pumpkin, offering a comforting and satisfying experience.

Stir-fried French Beans with Pickled Lettuce – RM33 nett 

Features tender french beans stir-fried with crisp, pickled lettuce, creating a refreshing and crunchy combination. The light, tangy flavour of the pickled lettuce complements the beans, making it a delightful addition to any meal.

Deep-fried Fermented Pork Ribs – RM45 nett 

Enjoy the rich and savoury taste of deep-fried pork ribs, marinated in fermented bean curd for an extra depth of flavour. The ribs are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with umami goodness.

Wok-Fried King Prawns with Supreme Stock – RM60 nett 

Succulent king prawns wok-fried to perfection and served in a rich, flavourful supreme stock. The prawns are cooked to a tender and juicy consistency, absorbing the essence of the stock.  

Sichuan Chicken with Spicy Chilli Oil – RM65 nett

A must-try for spice lovers, this dish features tender pieces of chicken drenched in a fragrant and fiery Sichuan-style chilli oil. The dish is garnished with garlic, chilli and scallions, adding a delightful crunch and a burst of flavour to the spicy chicken.

Bei Feng Tong Style Steamed Dragon Grouper – RM238 nett 

Experience the exquisite taste of Dragon Grouper, steamed in the traditional Hong Kong Bei Feng Tong style. It is steamed to retain its natural flavours and tenderness, topped with garlic, fermented black beans, and chili peppers for rich, aromatic flavours and a hint of spice.
