 Starting 12 July, Melting Pot Cafe is set to offer an unparalleled dining experience with the introduction of its brand-new buffet menu. Designed to cater to diverse tastes, this culinary adventure promises a feast for the senses, making your weekends truly memorable. Whether you’re planning a casual gathering with friends, a special family meal, or a team outing with colleagues, Melting Pot Cafe’s new buffet offerings are sure to impress.

At the heart of this new dining experience is the cafe’s commitment to delivering exceptional value. The buffet is not only packed with a variety of delectable dishes but also comes with fantastic promotions and special offers. Additionally, live entertainment will accompany your meal, adding a vibrant and lively atmosphere to your dining experience.

Weekend Buffet High Tea

Every Saturday and Sunday, the Buffet High Tea at Melting Pot Cafe presents a rich selection of dishes that cater to a wide range of palates. Diners can indulge in the Teppan BBQ Station, where chefs expertly grill sizzling steaks and ikan bakar right before your eyes. For those who prefer local flavors, the buffet includes signature Malaysian dishes such as beef and chicken satay, Hainanese chicken rice, beef rendang, ayam tandoori, ikan tiga rasa, and fried Hokkien mee hoon.

For lovers of international cuisine, the Buffet High Tea also features Japanese and Western fare, including gyoza dumplings, takoyaki, and the popular smashed burger, crafted with homemade beef or chicken. To complete the meal, a selection of local snacks and desserts is available, with options like crispy banana fritters, cucur sayur, cekodok, ABC ice kacang, and leng chee kang.

Priced at RM91.80 nett per person after a 15% discount, the Buffet High Tea offers excellent value. Moreover, children aged 6 to 11 years can enjoy the buffet for only RM54.00 nett, making it an ideal family outing.

Weekend Buffet Dinner

On Friday and Saturday evenings, Melting Pot Cafe offers an expansive Buffet Dinner that begins with a stunning seafood on ice display, featuring shucked oysters, tiger prawns, and mussels. The Teppan BBQ station, a highlight of the dinner, offers delectable steaks, tender lamb shoulder, and flavorful ikan bakar, all freshly prepared to order.

In addition to the Teppan BBQ, the Buffet Dinner includes a wide array of dishes from various cuisines. Japanese selections such as maki rolls and fresh sashimi provide a taste of the Far East, while local favorites like Hainanese chicken rice, rendang tok, sambal udang, mee goreng, Indian fish curry, chicken or lamb briyani, and prawn massala showcase the richness of Malaysian cuisine.

The buffet also features a carving section, where guests can enjoy savory roasted lamb leg and crispy salmon filo pastry. 

Western dishes like penne seafood aglio olio, pan-fried lamb shoulder, and mini chicken chop with garlic brown jus add to the variety. For those who appreciate Thai cuisine, dishes such as white tom yam coconut chicken soup, grilled beef steak salad, glass noodle salad with prawn, shrimp rice, massaman beef curry, and green curry kai are available.

No meal is complete without dessert, and the Buffet Dinner does not disappoint. Guests can choose from French sweet treats like chocolate éclair, mixed fruit pavlova, ivory raspberry verinne, and strawberry kiwi panna cotta, as well as local comforts like Portuguese egg tart, pengat pisang, bubur kacang, and assorted Nyonya kuih.

The Buffet Dinner is priced at RM142.80 nett per person after a 15% discount, with children aged 6 to 11 years dining for only RM84.00 nett. This offering is not only a culinary delight but also a great value for families and groups.

Special Birthday Celebrations

Melting Pot Cafe goes the extra mile for those planning a birthday celebration. Guests who book seats for up to 20 people can enjoy a complimentary birthday cake and colorful balloons, making their special day truly memorable. Live performances by the Begema 5 Band further enhance the festive atmosphere, providing smooth tunes and lively beats to accompany the dining experience.
