Silverbird Hong Kong : 60 years famous Hong Kong Cha Chan Teng is now in Malaysia

July 22, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a big fans of Hong Kong, I always love to venture to cha chan teng and I was told by my bestie that one of the famous Hong Kong Cha Chan Teng is now in Malaysia. Founded back in 1973, Silverbird is famed for their pasteries and Hong Kong delights.
With the long history and reputable name, Silverbird had expended their business to Malaysia and we visited their outlet in Avenue K recently. This is because we spotted some of the shots in IG and XHS on their Optimus Tower Curry Fish Ball.

Optimus Tower Curry Fish Ball

For those who are looking for this talkabout longest Curry Fish Ball in town, this is the place. It is one of the standout dish here featuring the fish balls imported from Hong Kong, generously coated in a rich, creamy curry. The authentic Hong Kong recipe shines through, delivering an indulgent and unforgettable taste.

Hong Kong Signature Mango Sago

Presented in a playful, round container, the Mango Sago is both a visual and culinary delight. The fun presentation adds to the enjoyment of this refreshing dessert.

Polo Bun with Butter

A must-try for Polo Bun enthusiasts, this treat is perfectly fluffy and generously buttered, offering a delightful balance of textures and flavors.

Signature “Liza Wong” Coffee

Coffee lovers shouldn’t miss the “Liza Wong” coffee, known for its refreshing quality and aromatic flavor. Each sip delivers a rich and invigorating coffee experience.
Silverbird’s expansion to Malaysia brings the authentic flavors of Hong Kong’s beloved Cha Chan Teng culture closer to home.

Whether you’re craving savory delights or sweet treats, Silverbird offers a taste of Hong Kong that is sure to impress.
