Saturday Brunch Buffet @ Amari Kuala Lumpur

Amari Kuala Lumpur has recently unveiled a new Saturday Brunch Buffet at its Amaya Food Gallery, promising an exquisite dining experience for guests. Chef Sheng, the Executive Sous Chef at Amari Kuala Lumpur, along with his team, offers an impressive spread of well-loved local favorites and international dishes.

The halal-certified buffet features live action stalls designed to excite guests’ taste buds. Highlights include a steaming hot bowl of Tom Yum from the Steamboat Corner and aromatic Roasted Beef & Lamb with Garden Vegetables at the live carving station. Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in fresh mussels, scallops, prawns, flower crabs, baby octopuses, and clay fish at the Seafood on Ice station.

The buffet also boasts an array of Western delights, such as Salmon Fried Rice, Fish Piccata with Creamy Tomato, Grilled Lamb Shoulder with Black Pepper Sauce, Green Mussels in Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce, and Chicken Karaage. Adding a Thai twist to the experience, the buffet features dishes like Young Papaya Salad (Som Tam), Gai Ping (Thai Chicken Stick), Thai Corn Fritters, Thai Glass Noodles, and Mango Sticky Rice.


For dessert, guests can enjoy a variety of sweet treats, including assorted sliced cakes, mini tarts, ABC Station Ice Cream, Chocolate Fondant, and many more.

Availability and Pricing

The Saturday Buffet Brunch at Amaya Food Gallery is available every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The buffet is priced at RM100+ per adult and RM80+ per child (ages 6 to 11) and senior citizens above 55 years old.
