KAZUMA’S JULY SALMON SENSATION

 Kazuma is thrilled to announce the special July promotion that highlights the exceptional quality of and superior taste of Norwegian Salmon, meticulously crafted into delicious Japanese-inspired dishes. 

Raised in cold and clear waters of Norway, the Norwegian Salmon is renowned for its firm texture, rich and delicate flavour. Salmon enthusiasts will have a truly umami-filled experience by savouring the delicate freshness and luxurious taste of these salmon dishes.

Highlights of July’s menu: 

Salmon Tempura – RM32 nett 

Golden-brown and crunchy on the outside, yet tender and succulent on the inside, this dish offers a delightful contrast of textures and an irresistible umami flavour. 

Salmon Sashimi – RM38 nett

Each slice of premium Norwegian salmon is cut to showcase its vibrant colour and natural marbling, delivering a pure taste of the ocean’s finest. Paired with soy sauce and wasabi, it is a timeless classic that embodies elegance and simplicity.

Salmon Aburi Carpaccio – RM38 nett 

The delicate smoky notes of lightly seared Norwegian salmon, complemented by a refreshing citrus ponzu sauce. 

Salmon Steak Butteryaki – RM50 nett

Grilled to perfection and finished with a luxurious buttery glaze, this dish is a harmonious blend of flavours that will leave you craving more.
