Embracing a New Identity – Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur

June 28, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur has proudly unveiled its new identity, renaming from its former name, Fairfield by Marriott Jalan Pahang. This transformation reflects the vibrant essence and dynamic spirit of the bustling neighbourhood. Inspired by the brand’s unique heritage – The Beauty of Simplicity – guests can count on a consistently friendly, relaxed, and comfortable stay at Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur.

Immerse Yourself in the Heart of Chow Kit
Nestled in the lively and culturally rich neighbourhood of Chow Kit, Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit provides guests with a unique opportunity to explore the local culture and heritage of Kampung Baru. The hotel’s prime location also offers easy access to fresh produce and bustling atmosphere of Pasar Chow Kit and Bazaar Baru, Malaysia’s largest and most vibrant markets.

Welcome To The Beauty of Simplicity
Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit embodies the “modern calm” aesthetic of the Fairfield by Marriott brand throughout its public spaces. The hotel features 186 spacious and well-equipped rooms. For a trusted and effortless experience with each and every stay, Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit has introduced several new room categories, including the Superior Corner Room, Deluxe Corner Room, and Premier Room (formerly known as Deluxe Room). Whether it is for business or leisure travel, these additions are designed to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of discerning travellers. From modern décor to welcoming staff to The Fairfield GuaranteeTM, guests can expect warm hospitality and trusted amenities with each and every stay.

Expanded Meeting and Event Capabilities
For an enhanced experience, Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit has increased its capacity to host up to 50 people for business meetings, seminars, or private events. The hotel offers state-of-the-art AV equipment and onsite catering to ensure a professional and seamless experience. Guests can choose from a variety of setup options – customisable to accommodate the size of the event and personalised to suit the needs of the guests.

A standout feature is the beautifully designed surau, showcasing Moorish architecture with a panoramic view of the city. This serene space is open to all guests and it is the perfect venue to host an intimate akad nikah gathering, small religious events, such as Doa Selamat, Yassin recitations, or Khatam al-Quran ceremonies for up to 50 people.

Halal Dining With Something For Everyone
Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit’s signature restaurant, Lesung, is officially Halal Certified by JAKIM and offers an inviting selection of local Malaysian cuisine and Western classics. The restaurant has recently upgraded its à la carte menu with a new range of dishes from appetizers to desserts, with something for everyone.

The Market, located in the lobby’s multifunctional space, is a convenient grab-and-go option for guests seeking quick bites while on the move. Recently revamped, the comfortable and uplifted space offers a variety of beverages, pastries, and snacks to-go.

With a commitment to the simple things such as a warm welcome, a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep, and a complimentary hot breakfast, guests can expect a place they can trust to make every moment of their stay effortless and relaxed at Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur.
