COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT UNVEILS LATEST HOTEL IN KUALA LUMPUR SOUTH

 Courtyard by Marriott, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of over 30 extraordinary hotel brands, today announced the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South, the fourth Courtyard by Marriott in Malaysia. This marks the brand’s debut in the greater Kuala Lumpur area, bringing its signature blend of comfort and convenience to both leisure and business travellers. 

Strategically positioned just a 20-minute drive from the city center, with easy access to major roads and highways, Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South is nestled in a revitalized neighborhood that boasts a vibrant mix of residential charm and modern commercial development.

The hotel has direct access to the new Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery, offering guests an appealing mix of retail therapy, dining options, holistic wellness, and family-focused attractions under one roof, without having to set foot away from the integrated development itself.  

Where Comfort and Convenience Converge

Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South features 278 elegantly designed rooms, ranging from Standard and Deluxe Rooms, to One-Bedroom Suites and a Presidential Suite. Guests will enjoy plush bedding, ergonomic chairs, working desks, smart LED TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms, with Nespresso coffee machines and bathtubs available in suite categories.

Recreational facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck, a kid’s pool, steam and sauna rooms, and a  24-hour fitness center. 

Exquisite Dining Experiences

Culinary journeys await at the hotel’s dining venues. All-day dining restaurant, Substance, serves a variety of local and international dishes and features an open-concept kitchen with live cooking stations. The elegant Courtyard Lounge serves premium coffee and afternoon tea, as well as a selection of pastries, sandwiches, and local snacks complemented by soothing jazz melodies. The mezzanine floor bar, At 137, provides a perfect evening retreat with an intimate ambience offering crafted cocktails and premium spirits and wines.

Spectacular Event and Wedding Spaces

Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South also introduces one of the largest ballrooms in the area, covering 1,864 square meters with a capacity of up to 2,100 guests. The Grand Ballroom, with its expansive pillar-free space and direct vehicular access, is ideal for car launches, trade exhibitions, and other large-scale events. The ballroom can be subdivided into three separate function spaces and is equipped with three state-of-the-art LED screens. Additionally, five flexible seminar rooms and a boardroom, all with natural daylight, are available to facilitate meetings and networking events. A fully-furnished bridal room is also available, featuring a stylish lounge and a fitting room with a three-panel full-body mirror, providing a seamless experience for couples tying the knot.
